The Launch
The Switch, Pivot or Quit podcast was launched as a result of host Ahyiana's personal career journey. She wanted to create a space to have career conversations that would have beneficial to her when she was looking to transition from sports PR at the National Basketball Association to becoming an author.
2018
The Growth
Conversations from the SPQ pod quickly made an impact on listeners and media. We've interviewed NYT Bestselling Authors like Jen Sincero and Elaine Welteroth as well as Beauty businesswoman, Melissa Butler. Features by Apple and Entrepreneur magazine rolled in!
2023
The Future
What started as solely a place for highlighting women has now expanded to include all voices! We are open to building community and learning from any voice willing to be transparent, share, and grow with us.
